    We do the necessary work to get your listing live, to our quality standards, installing our pricing software and listing on our online platforms. By devoting time and effort to preparing your property, including:

    In order to prepare your home for its first guest on the Host Boise platform, owners will incur a one-time small start-up cost. This includes: The Host Boise Team & Staff visiting the home, Unlimited Consulting, Light Design & Staging, Scheduling & Coordinating Professional Photography, Installation of our systems including electronic self-entry lock system, non-intrusive security camera installation, & Nest remote thermostat* Install, Setting up and *Performing Ground Zero Deep Cleaning of the home, Assisting with the purchase and set up of household items and furnishings, Preparing you on a higher level regarding (transient occupancy taxes, insurance, licenses, and acquiring & maintaining permits as needed prior to going "live" and collecting booking fees.
