Inspect/Repair all doors, door tracks, hinges, and door knobs.
Inspect/Repair all blinds, curtain rods, windows & screens for correct operation.
Hang or Re-Hang on request mirror, wall art, and pictures on standard drywall walls.
Patch drywall and spot paint any cracks or holes smaller than 3″ (client provided matching paint)
Open, inspect, and tighten all doors and cabinets as needed
Tighten chair legs, table legs, luggage racks, bed frames, head boards, and other relevant furniture hardware.
Restock first aid kit essentials and inspect fire extinguisher charge level (if applicable)

Inspect toilets for correct operation & repair leaks.
Inspect sinks for correct operation & repair leaks.
Inspect faucets for correct operation & repair leaks.
Inspect garbage disposal for correct operation & repair. (if applicable)
Inspect/Repair caulking around tubs, countertops, showers, bathroom vanities, and sinks
Inspect/Repair shower doors for proper operation.
Inspect/Unclog all sink p-traps.
Inspect bathroom & laundry vent fans for correct operation.
Open, inspect, and tighten all doors and cabinets as needed.
Inspect/Repair bathroom towel bars and grab handles. (if applicable)
Basic tub, shower, and sink hair removal by hand snake

Inspect/Replace outlets & GFCI.
Test/Inspect Smoke, Heat, & CO Detectors for correct operation
Check/Replace all light bulbs. (basic light bulbs provided free of charge) *excessive amount & theft client cost
Inspect refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer & dryer, microwave, and oven/stove for movement, leaks, and correct operation.
Replace entry/smart lock batteries monthly and other batteries as needed .(if applicable)
Test HVAC for seasonal operations and correct operation.
Replace HVAC filters as needed.
Turn-on/Test all interior lights for correct operation.
Reset Internet, Security Cameras and other devices per request.
Reset garage door remotes/codes upon request.

Inspect walkways & pathways around entire home for clear passage.
Inspect/Repair stairs railings for correct operation.
