Pre-Cleaning

During our pre-clean process our Specialized Turnover Staff starts by taking before pictures of the home (if client requests), notifies & collects any items left by the previous guests and stores them where requested, pretreats heavily soiled areas like toilets, sinks, and shower/tubs, and strips off bedding linens.

"Good Working Order" Inspection

*If requested, our staff will report if any of the basic operations of the home that are not working, test the heating and cooling system (based of season), note any water leaks, check for lights and bulbs to be functional, TVs work, and create a damage report for client and management based on protocols.

Turnover Cleaning

As many know, the majority of good property management businesses are started after learning the ins and outs of hosting and managing your own personal rental homes. After years of working with independent contract cleaners and residential cleaning companies, it became clear that specific training was necessary to meet the strict standards we set for our guests. After hiring our own employees, taking careful time to find the right team, and investing the required time to train each member, it became apparent we needed an increased flow of work to keep our team together.
